Ordering Information
Production time depends on the type of product ordered, the level of customization, and the time needed for proof approval if a proof is requested.
In general, most orders are processed as quickly as possible once all order details are received and approved. Shipping time is separate from production time.
For best results, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your event date.
Yes. If a proof is offered for your item, we can email it to you for review before production.
Please review your proof carefully for spelling, grammar, names, dates, colors, and layout. Once a proof is approved, it is considered final authorization to print.
We accept major payment methods offered through our website checkout. Available payment options will be shown during checkout.
Orders must be paid before production begins unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Sales tax is charged when required by applicable law based on the order and delivery location.
Yes. The easiest way to get pricing is to add your items to the shopping cart. Your cart will calculate product pricing and shipping options based on your order.

Personalization Information
In many cases, yes. We can often adjust font styles, font colors, and certain design elements depending on the product and layout.
If you have a specific look in mind, include your request when placing the order or contact us before ordering.
We do our best to coordinate with your event colors. However, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, and materials.

For best print quality, please submit a clear, high-resolution image. Low-quality files may result in pixelation or blurry printing.

Shipping Information
Yes. Printing For Parties offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more within the United States.
Free shipping applies after discounts and promotions are applied and may exclude certain items where shipping charges are specifically noted.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx.
The shipping method used depends on the order type, weight, size, destination, and whether free or paid shipping was selected.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order details and delivery address.

General Information
Because production begins quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
Orders may generally be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, the order may already be in processing. A design or processing fee may apply once work has started. Rush orders may not be canceled once placed.
Because most items are custom-made and personalized, custom orders are generally final sale.
If there is a problem with your order due to damage, defects, or an error on our part, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
